Who is responsible and how to contact us

nThVentures Corp. operates nCase Community, part of nCase, and is responsible for personal information submitted through this service. Its business address is Mercado St., Poblacion, Toledo City. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email support@ncase.ph. Do not include a password or identity photo in an ordinary email. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records.

Information we handle

Depending on what you do, we handle your mobile sign-in identifier, account and authentication records, identification details and images, eligibility information, the facts and people named in a legal request, supporting files, messages, consent or notice acknowledgements, and technical and security records. Legal concerns and identification records may include sensitive or privileged information.

Why and how we use it

We use this information to operate and protect your account; receive, assess, and route requests; check identity and eligibility; communicate about a request; provide a limited summary to authorized reviewers or lawyers when the applicable conditions are met; and keep records of actions and access. We ask for a specific acknowledgement or consent at protected steps, such as identity processing, document upload, or request submission. Where consent is not the basis, processing may be needed to provide the service you request, meet a legal obligation, protect the service, or establish or defend legal claims, as permitted by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

Where the identity feature is enabled, Google Cloud Vision reads text from the front of an ID and the back if supplied, and Google Vertex AI helps extract details for your review. For a photo of you holding the ID, these services may produce signals about whether a face, person, and ID appear and whether the held ID appears to match the uploaded front. These signals are uncertain and do not identify or compare faces, perform a liveness check, or make a final identity decision. A person must review the submission. Google processing may occur outside the Philippines.

Who may receive it

Authorized Community reviewers and service providers receive information needed for their work. A lawyer pool receives only the limited request information approved for that stage. Further disclosure depends on the request's status, access controls, and the applicable consent or legal basis. We do not make identity images available to the general lawyer pool.

Storage and retention

We store records in restricted systems and apply access controls. We retain identity images and extracted details, submitted requests and documents, consent records, and security and audit logs while your account is active. If you request account deactivation, we will verify your request and review these records for deletion. We keep only records that still need to be held for legal, audit, security, or dispute-related reasons, and remove them when that reason ends. There is no automatic deletion when you stop using the service. Cancelling an individual draft removes its narrative and party details from the active draft, but related files and minimal audit records may remain restricted until reviewed under this rule.

To request deactivation or ask about deletion, email support@ncase.ph. We will tell you the outcome after reviewing your request.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you may ask to be informed about processing, access your personal information, request correction or appropriate erasure or blocking, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, and request data portability where the law provides it. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission and seek remedies available by law. Email support@ncase.ph with a description of your request. We will assess it after verifying your identity and considering any legal limits.
