Terms of use

Effective 25 September 2026 · Version 1.0

The service

nThVentures Corp. operates nCase Community as part of nCase. nCase Community lets you create an account, submit information for a legal assistance request, and follow its progress. We review requests and may refer an eligible request to a lawyer. A request does not guarantee acceptance, representation, advice, or a particular outcome. A lawyer-client relationship does not arise merely because you create an account or submit a request.

Your account

Use your own account and give information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Keep your password confidential and tell us at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized use. A mobile number used to sign in is not verified by text message. Do not use someone else's identity documents or submit their information without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.

Requests and documents

Only submit information relevant to your request. Do not upload malicious files or material that you have no right to share. We may restrict a submission that cannot be handled safely or that does not meet the service's requirements. Review any notice or consent shown when you upload documents or submit a request; it explains that particular processing and disclosure.

Urgent matters and deadlines

nCase Community is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Sending a request does not pause a court, agency, or other legal deadline. Seek prompt help from a qualified professional if a deadline is approaching.

Account deactivation

You may ask to deactivate your account by emailing support@ncase.ph. We will verify that the request is yours and explain what happens to your requests and records. Deactivation does not by itself end any legal representation or cancel a pending legal deadline; contact any lawyer helping you separately about your matter.

Changes and contact

We may change the service or these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the terms displayed here. Material changes will be made available through the service. For questions, email support@ncase.ph.
